ive seen ur XBMC skin xTv, with ur own modifications, can u PLEASE tell me how to do this, because i really liked ur setup!

The xTv skin is probably very outdated by now, but I found that over at [link] and I used an icon set called Aquave.
If you want something new and flashy I would recommend the [link] -- take a look at the gallery, it is pretty sweet.
